Meet the team

Elena is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner across the lifespan with over 13 years of experience in community mental health, crisis stabilization of adults and children, dual-diagnosis services, and inpatient medical/behavioral health. 

Elena's specialty is working with physicians and entrepreneurs. Her clients are successful in their professional career, but still struggle emotionally in their day-to-day lives and connecting with their relationships. Elena helps them investigate these problems further and resolve internal conflicts that may be triggering such symptoms.

Elena focuses on ensuring that her clients are supported in their goals. She views the clients as the experts on their current status. The goal of treatment is to increase self-love, compassion, confidence and inner peace.  

Elena currently serves as faculty at Regis College in the online​ Masters in Nursing Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner track.
